I have followed Erin for several years, and done multiple challenges with her. I love that this information will stay in my email for future reference. I have done mostly animal based for the last year and half and have lost 50 pounds with the Pretty Muscles plan, but the last 15-20 pounds is always the hardest. Well 2 weeks in on Carnivore only and I am down 10 more pounds and have never felt better. I turn 40 in January and I look and feel better than I did in my 20’s.

Oh my gosh, I love this bra top! It's very supportive, the color is great, and I love that it works as both a bra and crop top. This is definitely my favorite top to run in!
Love these leggings! I have them in almost every color, they fit like a glove and are buttery soft. The blue is such a pretty color. Get the bra and make it a set, you won't regret it!
The ghost running shorts are the most comfortable running shorts I own. Absolutely, LOVE the ghost design! Would love to see more holiday themed mid rise run shorts!! Definitely a more flattering fit for larger thighs as well.
Love the tuxedo legging. I have 3 pairs. They aren't leggings I'd work out in due to the material, but they're great for running errands etc. I wear a medium and am usually an 8 in pants. I'm 5'9" and they hit just above the ankle.

I love all of the Shine leggings. Super light weight but supportive. I hope they start making them with a cell phone pocket for when I walk my dogs and am out running around. :) I’d buy another 10 more!

These are adorable and soft! I wear them the second they come out of the wash. They are also pretty generously sized, I sized down and like the fit.

I wish I had one of these in 10 different colors. The Hi-Viz color is so fun and the fabric is sooo delicious. Love mine so much I have started buying them as gifts. A must have!
